ASTHMA-HOW TO HELP HEAL IT WITHOUT DRUGS, SURGERY NOR TREATMENTS
WHAT IS ASTHMA?
Asthma etymologically is derived from the Greek word, "asthma" meaning "panting".
It is a lung disease in which the airways are narrowed because of a spasmodic constriction of the bronchial tubes. It can be acute or chronic. Chronic bronchial asthma has been described as a warm weather disease-occurring chiefly in May and June in the North and in April and May in the lower latitudes. The first frost mitigates its worst symptoms just as it does, those of hay fever. It effects 16 million Americans, including 10-12% of children under age 18. It can occur at any age.
SIGNS & SYMPTOMS OF ASTHMA
Signs and symptoms of asthma are history of allergic response; wheezing (audible); coughing; excessive mucus that it is hard to expel; shortness of breath; tightness in chest; dyspnea (difficult or labored breathing); tachypnea (excessive rapidity of respiration), the patient will tend to sit up and lean forward, increased utilization of secondary inspiratory muscles; can have hyperinflation due to air trapping; "attacks" often occur at night; prolonged expiration; "attacks" are usually self-limiting; flaring of alae nasi (nostrils); perspiration; flushing and cyanosis (bluish discoloration).
EXAMINATION OF ASTHMATIC PATIENT
An examination of the asthmatic patient shows tachycardia (rapid heart action), increased systolic blood pressure, prolonged expiratory phase, coarse rhonchi (rales in the bronchial tubes) and hyperresonance (an exaggerated resonance).
LABORATORY TEST OF ASTHMATIC PATIENT
Laboratory test of asthmatic patient shows eosinophilia (abnormally large number of white blood cells stained by eosin), tenacious, rubbery white sputum (Curschmann's Spirals) and sputum microscopy shows Charcot-Leyden crystals.

Chest x-ray of asthmatic patient shows possible hyperinflation and possible atelectasis (collapse of the lung).
CAUSE OF ASTHMA
It is due to the overwhelming stresses of incorrect lifestyle, incorrect thinking, incorrect
emotionality and incorrect spirituality, which enervate (exhaust) the body. This causes a systemic toxemia. The nervous energy must be rebuilt to help heal asthma, completely and permanently.

Our bodies always do the right thing. Since life began on earth, our God within, our inherent intelligence within each cell of our bodies, has learned to make the optimum adaptation and resolution, to any problem to which our bodies are subjected. Our inherent intelligence, if it chooses to produce asthma, it does so to protect us. This asthma or whatever our pathology or symptomatology, helps us survive, despite our self-destructive lifestyle, thinking and spirituality. Our asthma is for our protective benefit. Our asthma will spontaneously heal, when our inherent intelligence, our God within, no longer needs to homeostatically produce asthma, to help us exist and survive.
I DISCOVERED & TEACH THAT EVERY ASTHMA PATHOLOGY PRODUCES A CONCOMITANT ASTHMA SYMPTOMATOLOGY, AS AN INHERENT SELF-HEALING MECHANISM
I discovered and teach that every asthma pathology and physiological dysfunction produces a concomitant asthma symptomatology in all human beings, as an inherent self-healing mechanism. This means, that your inherent intelligence, your God within, is always talking to you. If you listen to it and obey it, you will always have good health. So when you have asthma, your inherent intelligence produces asthmatic symptoms upon which you should concentrate, meditate on, pay attention to and feel, until you are asymptomatic, i.e., until your asthmatic symptoms completely and permanently disappear. If and when you will do this, your asthma and the cause of your asthma, will always help heal, completely and permanently.
HOW TO DO "FEELING MEDITATION" TO HELP YOU HEAL YOUR ASTHMA
You should lie down, keep your body inactive, keep your eyes closed and concentrate, meditate, think on, keep your mind on your asthmatic symptoms and asthmatic discomforts, until your asthmatic symptoms and asthmatic distresses completely disappear. This is "feeling meditation".
"FEELING MEDITATION" WILL HELP YOU HEAL YOUR ASTHMA
Meditation is listening to the God within, the inherent intelligence. The God within is always talking to you, not with words, but with communicating with you via "feelings" throughout your body. Prayer is becoming silent, going within, aligning with and acknowledging God as All-in-All. Meditation and prayer are 2 steps with the same ultimate goal, communion with the God within. You are an expression of the image and likeness of the God within. You are whole and perfect. As you are already perfect, all you need do is to commune with the God within, become aware of that perfection and become healed.

Our inherent intelligence, our God within every cell of our bodies, is constantly telling us what our bodies need. All disease, pain and suffering are caused by our negative thought patterns. The beliefs we were taught, that have convinced us that we are separate from our inherent intelligence, our God within, perfection and health, are false ideas that have no power. The only power these beliefs have is the power we give to them. These false beliefs can be dissolved instantly understanding that our inherent intelligence, our God within every cell of our bodies, is perfect and healthy. My asthma is healed. This is true prayer.
AVOID TREATING YOUR ASTHMA SYMPTOMS. TO HELP YOU HEAL, REMOVE YOUR ASTHMA CAUSES
To assault us when we have asthma with any destructive, suppressive, interfering treatment, can only make our health worse and cannot possibly help heal us! To help heal our asthma, we must remove our asthmatic causes. Just to treat our asthmatic symptoms does not permanently help heal us. In treating our asthmatic symptoms, we are just treating our asthmatic effects, not our asthmatic causes. Our asthmatic symptoms exist for our protective benefit. Our asthmatic symptoms are our healing and detoxifying reactions of our inherent intelligence, our God within. Our asthmatic symptoms are always controlled by our inherent intelligence. This is why our asthmatic symptoms should never be destroyed, interfered with and suppressed. The destruction, interference, and suppression of our asthmatic symptoms, prevents our inherent protective bodily defenses from helping heal us. If our inherent intelligence cannot help heal our asthmatic distresses, nothing and nobody else can. No destructive, interfering and suppressive therapy of any kind, can help heal our asthma, but only our inherent intelligence can help heal our asthma.

Why do you involuntarily go into sleep, comas, faint, become unconscious, develop pains, tremors, seizures, strokes, paralyses, convulsions, fevers, symptoms, loss of hunger, physiological dysfunctions, delusions, hallucinations, pathologies and diseases? Your body is overwhelmed with excessive stress, excessive enervation and excessive toxemia, with which the divine Mind, the God within, is unable presently to cope and to adapt. Therefore the divine Mind, the God within, forces you to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, so as to homeostatically survive, despite your self-destructive incorrect physicality, mentality, emotionality and spirituality. Your body always do the right thing. You are a passenger on the train of life, not the conductor. Your need to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, will spontaneously disappear, and genuine hunger will return, when the cause and need for the divine Mind, the God within, to cause you to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, no longer exists.
