WHAT IS A CYST?
A cyst is a closed sac having a distinct membrane and developing abnormally in a cavity or structure of the body.
TO GET WELL FROM YOUR CYST, YOU MUST RE-EXPERIENCE YOUR FORMER SUPPRESSED ACUTE ENERVATING TOXEMIA SYMPTOMS. THIS IS "RETRACING"
If you suppress your acute enervating toxemia symptoms, you will develop a cyst or become severely ill. To get well from your cyst, you must develop your acute enervating toxemia symptoms again. To recover from your cyst, you must do whatever you did, when you were acutely ill with your enervating toxemia, to get well. To recover from your cyst, you must re-experience your same enervating toxemia symptoms you had, when you had your corresponding acute enervating toxemia problem. This is called "retracing". Eventually your suppressed acute enervating toxemia developed into your cyst.
CAUSES OF A CYST
STAGES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CYST
ENERVATION-Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual stresses overwhelm and exhaust the vital energy of the living body so that the inherent intelligence, the God within, cannot homeostatically function systemically.
TOXEMIA-The inherent intelligence in the systemic bodily cells because it is exhausted, is unable to adequately excrete metabolic waste materials through the various excretory organs. The blood and systemic bodily cells become overloaded with uneliminated toxic materials from dysfunctional metabolism.
IRRITATION-The systemic bodily cells, to homeostaticaly survive, unload their respective toxicity at various points in the body. The inherent intelligence, produces symptoms upon which we should concentrate, meditate and feel until, we are asymptomatic.
INFLAMMATION-The sick area of the body always feels tense, rigid, taut, stiff, tight and resistant to touch. The sick part of the body always feels tense and rigid to palpation (examination by touch) because the healing intelligence of the body, wants that sick part to physiologically rest and remain immobile. The tense and rigid area of the body is spastic muscle. (A spasm is an involuntary and abnormal muscular contraction.) The only parts of our bodies of which we have volitional control are our skeletal (striated) muscles, our skeletal muscles are extensions of our brain. In every inflammation in the body, the healing intelligence of the body causes painful and discomforting symptoms in that sick part to prevent the sick person, foolishly, from trying to move the sick part. The healing intelligence of the body is trying to, physiologically, rest that part. The pain is coming from the nerves in the spastic muscle. Muscles and nerves when they have a normal degree of vigor and tension are in "tone". Nerves control muscles. When the healing intelligence of the body wants to physiologically rest some sick part of the body, it overstimulates the nerves connected to the sick body part. These overstimulated nerves cause the skeletal muscles surrounding that sick body part to go into protective spasm and therefore, immobilize that sick bodily part. It is impossible to have any dysfunction or pathology in the body without there also being an existent, protective muscle spasm over, adjacent to and surrounding the dysfunctional bodily part.
WHEN YOU EXCESSIVELY ABUSE YOUR BODY & YOU DEVELOP A CYST, YOUR INHERENT INTELLIGENCE, YOUR GOD WITHIN, ALWAYS DOES THE RIGHT THING WHEN IT CAUSES YOU TO WATER FAST, I.E., TO PHYSIOLOGICALLY REST
Why do we involuntarily go into sleep, comas, faint, become unconscious, develop pains, tremors, seizures, strokes, paralyses, convulsions, fevers, symptoms, loss of hunger, physiological dysfunctions, delusions, hallucinations, pathologies and diseases? Our bodies are overwhelmed with excessive stress, excessive enervation and excessive toxemia, with which our inherent intelligence, our God within, is unable presently to cope and to adapt. Therefore our inherent intelligence, our God within, forces us to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, so as to homeostatically survive, despite our self-destructive incorrect physicality, mentality, emotionality and spirituality. Our bodies always do the right thing. We are passengers on the train of life, not the conductors. Since life began on earth, our inherent intelligence, our God within, within each cell of our bodies, has learned to make the optimum adaptation and resolution, to any problem to which our bodies are subjected. Whatever stresses our bodies presently have, every cell of our bodies has successfully learned how to cope with such, previously. It is already built into our genes, our chromosomes and our DNA. Our inherent intelligence, our God within, if it chooses to cause us to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, it does so to protect us. This physiological rest, i.e., this water fast, helps us survive, despite our self-destructive lifestyle, thinking, emotionality and spirituality. Our physiological rest, i.e., our water fast, is for our protective benefit. Our need to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, will spontaneously disappear, and genuine hunger will return, when the cause and need for our inherent intelligence, our God within, to cause us to physiologically rest, i.e., to water fast, no longer exists.
HOW TO FAST TO HELP HEAL YOURSELF WHEN YOU HAVE A CYST
Fast only when you are symptomatic, i.e., when you have symptoms. Eat only when you are genuinely hungry, i.e., when you are salivating for food. During your fast, drink only as much water as your thirst demands, not more water and not less water, no juices, no vitamins, no supplements and no drugs, i.e., learn to listen to and obey only your inherent intelligence, your God within, which is always talking to you.

Fasting is physiological rest. Starvation is pathological. When you are not hungry, fasting is temporary abstinence from your ingestion of all food but drinking as much water as your thirst demands. When you are hungry, starvation is abstinence from your ingestion of food and water. Fasting exists until your body's surplus or stored fats are consumed and harmful accumulations are eliminated. Fasting is remedial, restorative and healthful. Starvation is denying your body essential food for its maintenance and is injurious to your body. When you fast, drink only water, lie down and close your eyes. Keep your eyes closed every moment of the 24 hours, every day that you water fast. During a water fast, you must have total physiological rest. You can only accomplish total physiological rest, by keeping your eyes closed. Feel, meditate, think on and concentrate on whatever are your symptoms until you are asymptomatic. Eat when you are asymptomatic, i.e., when you no longer have any symptoms or when you are genuinely hungry, i.e., when you are salivating for food.
I DISCOVERED & TEACH THAT EVERY CYST PATHOLOGY PRODUCES A CONCOMITANT CYST SYMPTOMATOLOGY, AS A SELF-HEALING MECHANISM
I discovered and teach that every cyst pathology and physiological dysfunction produces a concomitant cyst symptomatology in all human beings, as an inherent self-healing mechanism. This means, that your inherent intelligence, your God within, is always talking to you. If you listen to it and obey it, you will always have good health. So whenever you are ill, your inherent intelligence produces symptoms upon which you should concentrate, meditate on, pay attention to and feel, until you are asymptomatic, i.e., until your symptoms completely and permanently disappear. When you water fast, keep your eyes closed every moment of the 24 hours, every day that you water fast. During a water fast, you must have total rest. You can only accomplish total rest, by keeping your eyes closed. Lie down and close your eyes, ever time you can. It is the most important thing you can do to get well and stay well!
HOW TO DO "FEELING MEDITATION" TO HELP YOU HEAL YOUR CYST
You should lie down, keep your body inactive, keep your eyes closed and concentrate, meditate, think on, keep your mind on your symptoms and discomforts, until your symptoms and distresses completely disappear. This is "feeling meditation".

Meditation is listening to the God within, the inherent intelligence. The God within is always talking to you, not with words, but with communicating with you via "feelings" throughout your body.
